A subscribing laboratory may enter patient, sample, test, report and billing data. For that information, the laboratory controls the purpose of processing and Qwells processes it only to provide and support PathoCare LMS.

2. How information is used

• To set up, secure and support accounts.
• To provide PathoCare LMS features, backups and reports.
• To prepare invoices and maintain subscription records.
• To respond to demos, support and billing requests.
• To prevent abuse and meet legal or tax obligations.

3. Payments

Payments may be handled by an authorised third-party payment gateway. Qwells does not intend to store complete card details, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Information entered directly on a gateway page is also governed by that provider's policy.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Minimum necessary information may be shared with contracted hosting, backup, communications, support, accounting and payment providers, or disclosed where required by law.

5. Security and retention

We use reasonable access controls, encrypted connections, logging and backups. No online service is completely risk-free. Information is kept only while needed for service, support, dispute resolution, accounting or legal requirements.

6. Laboratory responsibility

Laboratories must use secure credentials, limit staff access, obtain any required patient notices or consent and comply with applicable healthcare and data-protection obligations. Patient requests should normally be directed to the laboratory that created the record.

7. Your choices

After identity verification and subject to law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your business account information, withdraw optional consent or raise a grievance.

The website may use essential cookies for sessions and security. We may update this policy and will show the new date on this page. Material changes may also be sent to registered customers.
